Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in functional testing, strong SQL skills, and hands-on exposure to test automation using Java and Selenium. The candidate will be responsible for validating complex business requirements, performing end-to-end testing, and supporting automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing
Analyze BRDs/requirements and create test cases
Execute backend testing using complex SQL queries for data validation
Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar tools
Support automation execution and maintenance using Java + Selenium
Collaborate with Dev, BA, and Product teams in an Agile environment
Desired Profile
3–5 years of Manual Testing experience
Strong Functional Testing skills
Excellent SQL knowledge (joins, subqueries, data validation)
Hands-on or working knowledge of Java + Selenium automation
Experience with Agile/Scrum and defect management tools
Good To Have
BDD (Cucumber/TestNG), Jenkins
API testing (Postman)
Healthcare/Insurance domain experience
Behavioural Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination
Ability to handle tight timelines and complex requirements
Team player with a quality-first mindset
