HiLabs is looking for a high-impact Principal Solutions Consultant to join our US team and help shape the future of healthcare data and provider intelligence platforms. This is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role where you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to solve complex healthcare challenges for leading health systems, payers, and healthcare technology organizations. Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex enterprise sales cycles

  • Partnering with Account Executives to drive strategic customer engagements

  • Leading product demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution discussions

  • Designing solution strategies aligned with customer business and operational goals

  • Translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value narratives

  • Supporting RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and technical validation processes

  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and product enhancements

  • Supporting go-to-market initiatives including webinars, industry events, and executive presentations

  • Building scalable technical assets including demo environments, solution briefs, and presentations

Desired Profile

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles

  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider data management, credentialing, and enrollment workflows

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as NCQA, CAQH, CMS

  • Proven ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders in enterprise sales cycles

  • Strong experience delivering technical presentations and executive-level customer engagements

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

  • Strong collaboration experience across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, integrations, and interoperability concepts is highly preferred

Location & Work Model

  • Onsite role based in Bethesda, Maryland

  • Open to candidates across the US who are willing to relocate

  • Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and strategic healthcare customers
